Project description

Traditional 3D laser scanner needs a lot of power to support the step-motors, flood lamps and a laptop. As a result, it's difficult to sustain a large area survey because of the burden of batteries. In this project, the team is trying to develop a novel approach to reduce the power consumption and overall weight, while maintaining proper accuracy for 3D surface analysis.
